Franklin, Indiana – James William Bruce, 54, passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2024, leaving behind a heartbroken family and community.
Known for his deep faith and loving nature, James was described as "our baby brother" by his sibling, Lori Newman, who shared the news on a fundraising page for his memorial costs.
"James loves his Heavenly Father and family," Newman wrote, as she expressed the family’s grief over his sudden death.
A fundraising effort was launched to help cover funeral expenses, with more than $1,500 raised in just a few hours.
The post, created by Hoss Ridgeway, highlighted the shock and sorrow surrounding James’ passing, with Ridgeway adding, "The Lord called one of his soldiers home."
